Discover Scuba Diving in Tobermory

If you are interested in scuba diving, but unsure if you want to enroll in a scuba certification class, Discover Scuba Diving is the perfect way to test the waters.

In a very short time, you’ll learn basic scuba skills and take your first breaths underwater!

There are two parts to the Discover Scuba Diving Experience:

1 - Complete PADI eLearning
Prepare for your Discover Scuba Diving experience with the PADI DSD eLearning using your mobile device or computer. This can be compelted the day you book your tour and takes 20-30 minutes.

2 - Meet your PADI Instructor
A PADI professional will fit you with scuba gear and explain how to use it. In a calm water environment, you'll practice basic diving skills. Then you can enjoy an optional guided open water dive!

Receive $100 off the PADI Open Water Diver course after completing the Discover Scuba Diving experience and your first dive will count toward the course! Ask your instructor for more information.

Rate: $249 + HST

Duration: 3-4 hours

• In person instruction
• One guided dive at our local shore diving site "The Tugs"
• All required rental gear

Prerequisites:

• Able to swim
• Medically fit for diving

Details:

• Minumum age: 10
• Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, to complete waivers and should remain nearby during the tour
